Job Description
Gough Recruitment is seeking a Senior Property Manager to oversee a high-end 180-property portfolio in the Coogee/Eastern Suburbs area.
You will liaise with VIP clients, manage a Leasing Consultant, and drive rent reviews while maintaining KPI targets in a sophisticated brand.
The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with one day of WFH, supportive team, parking, and solid local market knowledge.
Applicants must have PM experience and a current Certificate of Registration.
