Bendigo Bank is seeking a strategic Head of Risk Culture in Melbourne to shape the bank's risk culture and behavioural standards.
You will lead enterprise-wide assessments, deep dives, and action plans, reporting to the General Manager, Enterprise Risk.
This senior 2LOA role requires senior leadership and a deep understanding of APRA requirements, with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and Board-level discussions.
Hybrid work across major Australian cities is offered.
