Job Description
Simonds Homes Melbourne Pty.
Ltd. is seeking a Senior Draftsperson for our Knockdown Rebuild (KDR) and dual occupancy projects at our Docklands Head Office.
You will deliver accurate drawings that satisfy customer requirements, company standards and all building regulations, coordinating with Sales, Estimating, Operations and Construction teams throughout the project lifecycle.
This role requires a minimum of 4 years' drafting experience in residential construction, with proven AutoCAD skills and
