TLEA is welcoming applications for a full-time Supervisor Production to join our team working at our Kwinana plant.The successful applicant will be responsible for safely executing the production plan to ensure that Tianqi Lithium Australia produces the highest quality and most cost-effective lithium in the world.In addition to possessing our core values of distinction, pragmatism, honesty, tenacity and innovation, this position will suit an individual with prior experience in Production Supervision, ideally within Brownfields Environments and Operations.Duties & ResponsibilitiesEnsure the safety of all people in the production areaSafety incidents and hazards are reported and promptly investigated with related actions completed timelyTake on a leadership role in any crisisEnsure a high level of operating discipline and housekeeping in the production areasSelect,



lead and develop the production teamPromptly resolve any people problems in your teamSafely execute the production plan and achieve quality and production targetsDrive a culture of continuous improvement through the leading and imbedding of effective problem solvingEnsure compliance with all relevant regulations and legislationEnsure all TLK procedures and standards are followed by the production teamEnsure production and shifts logs are kept and maintainedAssess risks and implement mitigationsWhat You Can Bring8+ years' operational experience in base metal/ore refiningSignificant experience in the managing operational teams.
