We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to step in and lead the remaining testing phases of a major program, taking full ownership of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) through to successful completion.
Key Requirements
Solid ITSM testing experience, ideally within large and complex enterprise environments.
Proven experience testing ITSM solutions, including end-to-end service management processes (i.e. ServiceNOW).
Demonstrated experience planning,



coordinating and driving UAT activities through to successful resolution.
Strong defect management capability, including triage, prioritisation, stakeholder engagement and closure tracking.
Experience working within Federal Government or Highly regulated environments is advantageous.

Security Clearance:Due to the nature of this role, candidates who hold an active NV1 security clearance is required
