We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join an established multidisciplinary engineering consultancy in Brisbane.18th September, ****SENIOR CIVIL ENGINEER | BRISBANE | $120K–$170K + SUPERSenior Civil Engineer | Permanent | Brisbane | $120,000–$170,000 + SuperWe are currently seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join an established multidisciplinary engineering consultancy in Brisbane.This opportunity is suited to a technically strong and hands‐on civil engineer looking to take greater ownership, build direct client relationships and contribute to the continued development of a growing Civil team.You'll have the prospect to work across private industrial, commercial and downstream fuel projects, while remaining closely involved in technical design, calculations, design reviews and mentoring.THE OPPORTUNITYIn this role, you will lead and deliver civil engineering design across a range of multidisciplinary projects while working closely with clients, internal engineering disciplines and drafting teams.You'll have genuine influence within the business, with the opportunity to contribute to the technical direction and development of the Civil team while developing your own leadership and commercial capabilities.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLead and deliver civil engineering design across industrial, commercial and multidisciplinary projectsPrepare and review engineering calculations, design documentation and drawing mark‐upsDirect and support designers and drafters to ensure designs are practical, accurate and compliantUndertake technical reviews,



verification and engineering sign‐off appropriate to your experience and registrationApply relevant Australian design standards and navigate local authority, council and approval requirementsCommunicate directly with clients throughout project deliveryCollaborate with internal engineering disciplines to deliver integrated project outcomesMentor engineers and contribute to the development and capability of the Civil teamBuild strong, trusted client relationshipsIdentify opportunities to support business growth and expand existing client relationshipsContribute to both the technical and commercial success of projectsABOUT YOUWe're looking for an experienced civil engineer who enjoys being technically hands‐on and wants to have a genuine impact within a smaller, established consultancy.You'll ideally have:A recognised Civil Engineering degree or equivalent professional qualificationApproximately 8–10+ years' relevant experienceStrong Australian civil engineering consultancy experienceStrong technical civil design capabilityExperience completing engineering calculations, reviewing designs and marking up drawingsExperience directing and supporting drafting resourcesSound knowledge of Australian design standardsStrong understanding of local authorities,
