You'll be joining an established Payroll and People & Culture team as they transition into business-as-usual operations following the implementation of their new payroll and time & attendance systems.Important: Previous experience using UKG Ready and/or Payroll Metrics is essential.What you'll be doingYou'll play a hands‐on role supporting the team across end-to-end payroll, including:Processing and validating payroll data using UKG Ready and/or Payroll MetricsReviewing timesheets, overtime, allowances,



leave and other payroll inputsInvestigating and resolving payroll discrepancies and system issuesCompleting payroll reconciliations and data checksResponding to employee and manager payroll queriesSupporting the team through the post‐implementation stabilisation periodIdentifying opportunities to improve payroll processes and systemsHelping develop and refine payroll procedures and documentationWorking closely with Payroll, People & Culture and operational teamsWhat we're looking forYou'll be a great fit if you have:Proven experience in an end-to-end payroll roleEssential experience using UKG Ready and/or Payroll MetricsStrong knowledge of Australian payroll practices and legislationExcellent attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracyStrong reconciliation, troubleshooting and problem‐solving skillsExperience investigating payroll and system issuesThe ability to hit the ground running and manage competing prioritiesA practical, positive and solutions‐focused attitudeExperience supporting payroll through a system implementation or transition is highly regardedWhy you'll enjoy this opportunityThis is more than simply processing pays.
