The RoleAs a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality machinery service and technical support to clients in the Truss & Frame industry.
Your role will focus on ensuring timely, efficient service with a strong emphasis on professionalism and exceptional customer care.This is a hands-on, field-based role that involves traveling to client sites to carry out servicing, repairs, and emergency maintenance on our machinery.




A willingness to travel frequently and work overtime as required is essential.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver on-site service and repairs for machinery used in the Truss & Frame industryDiagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues efficientlyEnsure all work is performed to high safety and quality standardsProvide an excellent customer experience at every interactionTo be successful in this role, you must have:Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade (Fitting) or equivalentMinimum of 5 years' experience in mechanical fitting and assemblyExperience with hydraulics and automation (highly desirable)Experience operating overhead cranesAbility to interpret technical and assembly drawings, and work instructionsStrong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skillsPhysical fitness and ability to perform repetitive, manual tasksHigh attention to detailAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionWhat We OfferThis is an exciting and dynamic full-time opportunity offering secure hours—Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm, with early finishes at 12:00pm on Fridays.
Overtime is regularly required.You'll be based at our Dandenong South support office, but will spend most of your time on the road servicing customer sites.You will be equipped with phone, serviced vehicle and fuel card.We provide uniforms and work boots, Christmas closure, regular employee benefits and free EAP for staff and their families.
