Job Description
Simonds Homes is seeking a Senior Draftsperson to deliver accurate, high-quality drawings for Knockdown Rebuild and dual occupancy projects from our Docklands Head Office.
You will collaborate across Sales, Estimating, Operations and Construction to move designs from concept through to construction.
Applicants should have at least four years of drafting experience in residential construction, with solid AutoCAD skills and a building design qualification.
