Manage month-end closing activities delivering a full trial balance, financial statements (Balance Sheet, income statement and cash-flow)Ensure that month-end, quarterly and year-end reports are completed accurately and on timeAnalyse financial data and creating reports for management, stakeholders through BI toolsProvide financial data to support site management and controllingValidate provisions and accrualsResponsible for monthly reporting in the Group tool (FCC Oracle)Maintain accurate and complete financial records: submission of all ancillary accounting obligationsResponsible for local annual auditManage Capex: accounting, definition of helpful life & depreciation method in respect of accounting StandardsMonitor Regulatory changes of accountingPrevious experience of working with off shore Shared Service team is desirableTaxResponsible for statutory filings, Co-ordinate with tax consultants for tax filing and tax returnsWorking knowledge of tax is desired for monthly reportingCash managementManage treasury activities and weekly cash flow forecastInternal controlEnsure management procedures are put into practice,
contributing to projects and driving implementation of new solutions in financeEducation, background, level of experienceThe more common skills and attributes that are most required may include, but not be limited to:5 - 8 years' experience in a leading finance position as a Senior Accountant with an experience in managing and developing a Finance / accountant teamA bachelor's degree in accounting is the minimum requested but a profile who also has earned a master's degree in accounting / finance or certification such as certified public accountant (CPA)/ACCA or certified management accountant (CMA) are preferredGood knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS)High level of efficiency and accuracy.Attention to detail and ability to manage multi tasks / project and meet tight deadlines, is analytical and highly organizedWork comfortably with Shared services and global teamsProficient in English is a mustProficient in financial software as SAP, FCC(Oracle) is desirable
