You'll oversee electrical delivery across residential developments including LifeStyle Living and Medium Density townhouses along with a solid understanding of Underground electrical systems.Key responsibilitiesWork with site supervisors to set explicit priorities and keep delivery on trackCoordinate with builders and other trades, identifying issues early and following through on solutionsMaintain strong safety, quality and documentation standardsLead and coordinate electricians, apprentices and subcontractors, ensuring work is planned effectively, standards are maintained and team members have the support and direction they need to succeedLead continuous improvement through supervision, coaching, training and overall development of your teamContribute to the team and support the Regional Operations ManagerAbout youProven experience in running residential electrical projects from start to finishAn electrical licence,
