Greville Consulting is growing, and are looking for an experienced Senior Planner to join the team in Adelaide.This is an prospect to work across major infrastructure and construction projects, providing specialist planning and programming advice to clients, project teams and senior stakeholders.The OpportunityAs a Senior Planner, you will work across a range of complex projects, supporting clients through tender, planning and delivery phases.You will be responsible for developing and reviewing detailed project programs, analysing progress and performance, and providing practical advice around sequencing, risk and project controls.Your responsibilities will include:Developing and maintaining detailed project programs from first principlesReviewing contractor programs, methodologies and sequencingUndertaking schedule analysis, progress tracking and forecastingIdentifying critical path, risks, constraints and opportunitiesSupporting tender and D&C; programmingReviewing changes, delays and potential time impactsProviding planning and programming advice to clients and project teamsPreparing clear, commercially relevant reporting and dashboardsFacilitating planning and programming workshops with key stakeholdersSupporting constructability and delivery reviewsWorking closely with project managers, engineers, commercial teams and contractorsContributing to the continued development of Greville's planning and project controls capabilityAbout YouWe're looking for someone with solid experience in planning, programming or project controls, ideally gained across major construction or infrastructure projects.You'll bring:5+ years experience in planning,



scheduling or project controlsExperience working across major construction, infrastructure or engineering projectsAdvanced knowledge of Primavera P6 or equivalent scheduling softwareStrong understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing and project deliveryExperience with critical path analysis, progress tracking and schedule reportingAn understanding of project risk, change and time-related issuesThe ability to interpret complex project information and turn it into practical adviceStrong communication skills and confidence working with clients and senior stakeholdersA tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related disciplineConsultancy or client-side experience will be well regarded, as will exposure to Tier 1 projects and complex infrastructure environments.Why Greville?
