You will independently diagnose/resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues involving desktops, laptops, printers, network devices and servers.The role involves managing escalated service requests, performing hardware break-fix work, completing installations/upgrades, re-imaging devices and delivering onsite support.
You will use your technical knowledge and sound judgement to resolve issues that cannot be addressed remotely, while maintaining a high standard of customer service.This role provides hands-on variety and is a genuine stepping stone into long-term IT career opportunities at Unisys.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and resolve desktop, laptop, printer, server and network-related faultsPerform hardware repairs, component replacements and preventative maintenanceAttend client sites and manage complex or escalated technical service requestsInstall, configure, upgrade and re-image computers and associated equipmentComplete installs, moves, adds and changes within client environmentsProvide advanced onsite support across hardware operating systemsInvestigate recurring issues and identify appropriate long-term solutionsCoordinate with Service Desk teams, vendors and internal technical specialistsMaintain accurate service records, documentation and asset informationDeliver professional,
