and support servicesDriving quality, compliance, and continuous improvement initiativesManaging operational performance, budgets, and workforce planningBuilding positive relationships with residents, families, employees, and key stakeholdersCreating an engaged and high-performing team cultureSupporting positive resident experiences and outstanding care outcomesAbout YouTo succeed in this role, you will bring:Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered NursePrior experience managing a medium to large aged care residence (preferred)Strong understanding of aged care regulatory and accreditation requirementsProven leadership and people management capabilityExperience in workforce planning, rostering, resource allocation, and budget managementExcellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skillsStrategic thinking with a focus on continuous improvement and innovationSound computer literacy and experience using care management systemsA genuine passion for improving the lives of older AustraliansA collaborative, compassionate, and resident-focused approachCurrent Police Check (within 12 months)Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency or valid Australian work rights.Advantages & Work Culture With For Purpose Aged CareAs a purposeled, notforprofit organisation, our staff's health and wellbeing are important to us.
