The role goes beyond routine collections, with a strong focus on claims, rebates, deductions, payment discrepancies and investigations.DutiesManage collections and aged debt across allocated customer accountsInvestigate claims, rebates,



deductions and short paymentsObtain PODs and supporting documents to resolve account queriesWork with internal teams and customers to resolve account queriesProtect cash flow while maintaining positive customer relationshipsSkills and experienceExperience in B2B credit, collections or accounts receivableConfidence investigating complex claims and payment disputesStrong communication with customers and internal stakeholdersProactive, organised and comfortable working in a busy environmentCultureYou will join a capable, collaborative team led by a supportive manager who values initiative, clear communication and follow-through.
