This is a hands‐on role suited to someone with robust industrial experience who is confident managing projects from initial client discussions and estimating through to execution and completion.The successful candidate will ideally already have experience within the industrial sector, established industry relationships and an existing client network they can continue to develop.About the RoleYou will take ownership of mechanical projects while also supporting our ongoing shutdown, maintenance and project works.
The position combines project supervision, estimating, and site supervision, with the opportunity to help grow Tetris Group's mechanical workload and client base.Your responsibilities will include:Supervising mechanical and engineering projects from enquiry through to completionPreparing estimates, quotations and project scopesReviewing drawings, specifications, and client requirementsCoordinating and supervising site worksAssisting with and overseeing weekly industrial shutdown and maintenance worksSupervising project schedules, budgets, and deliverablesMaintaining strong relationships with existing clientsDeveloping new opportunities through your existing industry network and relationshipsConducting site visits and attending client meetingsIdentifying variations and additional worksWorking closely with management, tradespeople, engineers and administration staffEnsuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standardSupporting business development and helping grow the Mechanical divisionAbout YouWe are looking for someone who can step into the role with a good understanding of the industrial environment and who is comfortable taking ownership of their work.Ideally,
