The role is responsible for ensuring all safety practices and commitments comply with company standards and statutory requirements, while driving the implementation of the Safety Management Plan and key safety initiatives.This role operates on a 5 days on and 2 days off, 4 days on and 3 days off, 9 days on and 5 days off roster.To be successful in the role, the following is essential:Tertiary qualification in Occupational Health and SafetyFormal qualification in incident investigation methodologies, including InterSafe 8-Step, ICAM and TapRooTCurrent Western Australian C Class Driver's LicenceStrong understanding of risk management principles, processes and their practical application within operational environmentsDemonstrated experience using health and safety incident management databases and associated reporting systemsHighly developed analytical skills, with the ability to interpret health and safety data,
