As E-Commerce & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing the online presence across e-commerce, paid advertising, email, social media and digital marketing.
You will work closely with the founders and wider team to develop and execute strategies that increase website traffic, conversion, customer acquisition and repeat purchases.
A major focus of this role will be leveraging AI to work smarter, move faster and improve every aspect of marketing and e-commerce operations.Key responsibilitiesTake ownership of the day-to-day management and performance of the P&R; Styling Shopify websiteManage product launches, collections, pricing, promotions and website merchandisingOptimise product pages, collections and website content to improve conversionMonitor website performance, conversion rates, average order value and online revenueOwn and manage paid advertising across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google AdsDevelop, launch and optimise campaigns across acquisition, retargeting and remarketingManage advertising budgets and ensure strong return on ad spend (ROAS)Identify and implement AI tools that improve marketing,



e-commerce and business efficiencyDevelop and execute the overall digital marketing strategyTrack and report on key e-commerce and marketing KPIsAbout you3+ years' experience in e-commerce and/or digital marketingProven experience managing Meta Ads and Google AdsDemonstrated ability to drive online revenue through paid advertisingStrong understanding of ROAS, CPA, conversion rates, customer acquisition and digital marketing metricsStrong experience with ShopifyExperience with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo is highly regardedStrong understanding of e-commerce customer journeys and conversion optimisationExcellent copywriting and content skillsA genuine passion and high level of proficiency with AI toolsExperience implementing AI into real-world marketing workflowsAbout usP&R; Styling is a rapid-growing Australian furniture and homewares brand, specialising in beautifully designed pieces that bring style and personality into the home.
