We are seeking an experienced Hydraulic Engineer to join a high-performing Sydney Building Services team, stepping into a key role delivering a range of projects across multiple sectors, including transport, mission critical, defence and commercial.This opportunity will suit a senior consultant who enjoys technical leadership, collaboration and meaningful project ownership within a workplace that genuinely prioritises flexibility, trust and balance.The RoleIn this role, you will:Lead the hydraulic design and delivery of projects across a diverse portfolioTake end-to-end ownership of hydraulic design from concept through to constructionProvide technical leadership and mentorship to developing engineersCoordinate closely with other building services disciplines, architects and external consultantsAct as a trusted technical advisor to clients and project stakeholdersReview designs, documentation and site works to ensure quality, compliance and constructabilityYou will contribute across a varied project portfolio including health, education, defence, commercial and transport, offering strong project diversity and long-term career stability.About YouYou will bring:3+ years' experience as a Hydraulic Engineer within a building services consultancyProven experience delivering complex,
