precedents and processesa strong legal support team to assist youthe ability to delegate appropriate tasks to Assistants, Paralegals and Junior Lawyersregular opportunities to discuss matters and seek guidanceongoing feedback and professional developmenta collaborative environment where knowledge is shareda genuine focus on wellbeing and sustainable ways of workingYou will be trusted to manage your matters with autonomy, while knowing experienced support is available when you need it.What You Will Be DoingIn this role, you will:manage Family Law matters from initial consultation through to resolutionwork across parenting, property and financial mattershandle complex and high-value casesappear in court and continue developing your advocacy capabilityprovide strategic, practical and empathetic advice to clientsbuild trusted relationships with clients and professional referrersmentor Graduates and Junior Lawyerscontribute positively to the team and broader firm culturecontinue developing your technical, commercial and leadership skillsAbout YouYou will ideally have at least five years of post-admission experience in Family Law.
Applicants with four years of strong and relevant Family Law experience may also be considered.This opportunity may suit you if you:can confidently manage files from commencement through to resolutionhave experience across parenting and property mattersare comfortable managing complex or high-value workhave advocacy experience and confidence appearing in courtenjoy mentoring and supporting less experienced lawyerstake pride in providing thoughtful advice and positive client outcomesvalue collaboration,
