Field Service Engineer - X-ray & Diagnostic ImagingField Service Engineer - X-ray & Diagnostic ImagingMedic Cloud | Deer Park, VIC | Full TimeMedic Cloud is a growing Australian healthcare technology and diagnostic imaging company providing equipment and technical services to medical, radiology, radiography, chiropractic, veterinary and dental providers across Australia.We are looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer to join our Diagnostic Imaging team, primarily supporting X-ray and Digital Radiography systems along with DXA units.The RoleThis is a hands-on field position covering:Installation, commissioning and servicing of X-ray and imaging systemsPreventative maintenance, repairs and technical fault findingTroubleshooting X-ray generators, DR detectors and acquisition systemsDiagnosing computer, software and network-related faultsProviding onsite and remote technical supportMetropolitan, regional, rural and interstate travel as requiredModern X-ray systems are heavily computer and network based, so strong IT troubleshooting skills are essential.You should be comfortable fault finding across Windows PCs, software, hardware, TCP/IP networks and connected imaging equipment.What We're Looking ForPrevious X-ray or diagnostic imaging experience is strongly preferred.
Experience with DRGEM, CPI, Sedecal, Fujifilm,



Stephanix or similar systems will be highly regarded.Experience with Dental imaging, DXA/Bone Densitometry, Ultrasound, DICOM or PACS would also be advantageous.You should have:Robust electrical/electronic and technical fault-finding skillsStrong computer, IT and networking troubleshooting skillsA practical and methodical approach to diagnosing faultsExcellent attention to detail and technical documentation skillsA current Australian driver's licenceWillingness to travel regionally and interstate when requiredThe ability to work independently and professionally with customersRadiation Use LicenceApplicants should ideally hold, or have previously held, a Radiation Use Licence applicable to diagnostic X-ray equipment.
Candidates with an expired licence, or those who have completed a recognised Radiation Safety Certificate or relevant training, are also encouraged to apply.
