About the Roles
As a Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager at Neverland, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while leading engaged, high-performing teams.
You'll be hands‐on, commercially minded, and excited to grow alongside a brand that's evolving and investing in its people.
Day to Day:
Leading, motivating and developing your team to deliver outstanding customer experiencesDriving sales performance and achieving store KPIsManaging store operations including rostering, visual merchandising and stock managementCoaching and developing team members to reach their full potentialActively contributing to Neverland's ongoing retail transformation
