This leadership position is ideal for someone with a strong background in industrial machinery service management who is ready to take ownership of a high-performing technical team and drive service excellence nationally.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a service team of approximately 20, including 6 direct reports (regional service managers, hotline support, and service administration/logistics staff)Oversee national service operations, including installation, breakdowns, maintenance, and preventive maintenance planningManage service budgets, reporting, and performance targetsHandle escalated technical and customer issues to ensure timely resolution and high client satisfactionCoordinate training, resource planning, and performance reviews for service engineersLiaise with international headquarters on budgeting, technical training,



and service strategyBuild and maintain strong relationships with key customers, attending major breakdowns and installations where neededIdentify opportunities for service process improvements and commercial growthTravel nationally as required to support regional teams and customersAbout YouProven experience as a Service Manager within an industrial or capital machinery environmentStrong mechanical, electrical, or automation backgroundExcellent leadership and team management skills, with experience overseeing technical field teamsCustomer-focused mindset with strong commercial and budgeting acumenConfident communicator, capable of working across multiple levels (customers, staff, and global stakeholders)Previous experience working with European or Asian manufacturers highly regardedWillingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationallyIf you're a proactive leader with a passion for industrial technology and delivering world-class service, this is an excellent chance to join a global industry leader.
