We are passionate about supporting every child's development while fostering a workplace where educators feel valued, supported, and empowered to grow.About the RoleAs an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality educational programs that inspire children's curiosity, creativity, and lifelong love of learning.Working collaboratively with the Centre Leadership Team and educators, you will create meaningful learning experiences, support children's development, and contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, implement, and evaluate educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)Foster a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environmentObserve, assess,
and document children's learning and developmentBuild strong relationships with children, families, and colleaguesCollaborate with educators to deliver high-quality education and careEnsure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and all relevant legislationContribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the centrePromote children's wellbeing, learning, and development through meaningful interactionsWhy Join Mini Masterminds?
