Private Hospital Rehabilitation Guidelines and NDIS and Aged CareAbout YouYou are an experienced Allied Health professional who enjoys combining clinical excellence with leadership and service innovation.You'll bring:Excellent communication and relationship-building skillsStrong organisational and time management abilitiesA collaborative leadership styleA passion for patient-centred rehabilitationInitiative and the ability to identify opportunities for service growthExperience leading quality improvement or service development projectsA positive, resilient and solutions-focused approachExperience working within rehabilitation or private healthcare will be highly regarded.Recognised qualification in an Allied Health professionCurrent unrestricted AHPRA registration (where applicable)Demonstrated clinical experience in rehabilitationExperience working within multidisciplinary teamsHigh level communication and stakeholder engagement skillsStrong understanding of evidence-based practice and quality improvementHighly desirable:Leadership or supervisory experienceExperience in Day Rehabilitation or Outpatient ServicesKnowledge of NDIS and Home Care PackagesExperience in service development or program growthPrivate hospital experienceWhy Healthscope?
