We are very proud of our growth and success and attribute much of it to the corporate culture and professionalism of our staff.About the roleYou will be working closely with the Frame and Truss Plant Manager to keep Manufacturing Team members motivated and working to the schedule in an efficient and protected working manner.Key responsibilities includeSupervising the factory TeamManaging resources to achieve required production outputsProduction planning to ensure deliverables to customers are achievedManaging Team and accountabilities to deliver on deadlinesEnsuring safe operating procedure of tools and machinery in the production lineCoaching manufacturers to achieve their best in their work.Ensuring safe workplace for all staffWorking with the General Manager to solve any immediate issuesQuality control of all productsWorking as part of a wider team to reach organizational goals.In addition the ideal candidate must meet the following criteriaKnowledge & understanding of the building & construction industryPossess excellent communication skillsProblem solving skills, initiative with a solution-based attitudeExperience in a similar role for 2 – 4 years.Possess the ability to multitask & and prioritizeThe ability to work independentlyIf you think you have what it takes
