We are looking for an experienced Senior Architectural Drafter with strong Revit, Townhouse and Multi-Residential experience to join a supportive and growing team.

Overseas-only experience will not be considered for this role.DescriptionAs a Senior Drafter, you will play an important role across the delivery of townhouse and multi-residential projects, working closely with the architectural, design and broader project teams.Producing detailed architectural documentation and drawings using RevitWorking across townhouse and multi-residential projects from concept through to documentation and deliveryPreparing detailed construction documentation, working drawings and architectural detailsDeveloping and maintaining accurate Revit models and documentationCoordinating drawings and documentation with architects, designers, consultants and other project stakeholdersReviewing documentation for accuracy, quality and complianceAssisting with design development and resolving documentation issuesManaging drafting workloads and project deadlinesContributing senior-level technical knowledge and guidance to the drafting/design teamWorking collaboratively with the wider architectural,



construction and project teamProfileSenior-level architectural drafting experienceStrong and proven Revit experienceBoth solid townhouse and multi-residential experiencePrevious experience in architectural draftingDemonstrated experience producing detailed architectural documentationStrong understanding of Australian architectural documentation and construction processesMust have Australian project experienceAbility and willingness to work from Brisbane CBDStrong communication and coordination skillsAbility to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative teamImmediate Start!!
