Reporting to the Commercial Manager, your responsibilities will include:Deliver commercial analysis across multiple locations to assess performance and identify opportunities to improve revenue and profitabilitySupport the annual budgeting process and ensure alignment with operational and financial goalsConduct feasibility analysis on new locations, assessing revenue potential,
costs and marginsProvide financial reporting including month end, forecasting and variance analysis, translating results into explicit commercial insightsPartner with the commercial team on yield and pricing analysis to optimise revenue and site performanceAssist with capital expenditure submissions and business cases for new initiativesUndertake ad hoc financial modelling and scenario analysis to support commercial decision makingSupport innovation and transformation projects, including improvements to reporting processesWe are looking for someone who is CA/CPA qualified with 5+ years' experience in commercial roles, focusing on analysis, stakeholder engagement, and commercial decision making.
To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, along with a proactive and collaborative attitude.
