We're looking for a Leasing Consultant to join our Property Management team at Ray White Sutherland Shire.Based in our Kirrawee office, you'll work closely with our Business Development Manager and wider Property Management team, helping to create a smooth and positive leasing experience for our landlords and tenants.This is a great opportunity for someone who already has solid leasing experience, enjoys being out and about meeting people, and loves being part of a busy, supportive team.The RoleYour day-to-day will include:Conducting open homes and private inspectionsManaging tenant enquiries and following up prospective tenantsProcessing tenancy applicationsLeasing administration and preparing documentationSupporting our BDM with recent properties coming into the businessLiaising with landlords,



tenants and the wider Property Management teamHelping ensure properties are leased efficiently and our clients receive a great experienceAbout YouWe're looking for someone who has:Leasing experienced desirableStrong communication and people skillsGreat organisation and attention to detailConfidence dealing with landlords and prospective tenantsThe ability to manage a busy workload and stay on top of follow-upA positive, proactive attitude and willingness to be part of a teamA current driver's licence and reliable vehicle are essential.Why Join Us?
