This is a full-time position based in our Kiama, NSW **** location.Key responsibilitiesDeveloping and implementing creative and profitable menu concepts that align with the club's brand and customer preferencesManaging kitchen operations, including staffing, inventory, food preparation, and quality controlEnsuring consistently high standards of food quality, presentation, and serviceCollaborating with the management team to drive revenue and profitabilityFostering a positive and productive kitchen environment, and providing leadership and mentorship to the culinary teamMaintaining compliance with all relevant health, safety,
