LGT Group in Sydney, NSW, seeks a Corporate Legal Counsel to partner with senior leaders and provide strategic legal and regulatory advice on major wealth management initiatives.You will report to the Head of Legal & Regulatory Affairs and handle AFSL obligations, Corporations Act matters, AML/CTF, privacy, governance and commercial contracts.You will review and negotiate IMAs and lending agreements, manage external counsel, and support cross-border transactions.
