The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, contracts admin and compliance.
The successful candidate will work closely with the leadership group and play a hands on role in shaping the next phase of growth for Homhero.Key responsibilitiesPrepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportsLead the annual budgeting process, monitor financial performance against budget, and maintain effective approval processesFortnightly payment of staff and consultants, and monthly payment of creditorsMonthly billing of all clients including optimising the automation of the billing systemOversee HR contracts and associated payroll adminImprove the automation of expense claims, payroll and creditor payment systemsManage and enforce revenue share agreements with 3rd partiesSupport the CEO or leadership group with special projects that require financial analysisAbout youDegree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related disciplineCPA, CA,
