In this pivotal role within a hidden champion of mobility tech, you act as a mentor to your team and a strategic partner to our customers, ensuring that our software "Miles" delivers maximum impact.Your responsibilities will include:Contribute in large-scale implementation projects, from initial scoping to final deliveryYou analyze intricate business requirements and design sophisticated solutions that push the boundaries of what is possible with MilesYou act as a primary point of contact for key stakeholders, managing expectations and building strong, trust-based relationshipsYou mentor and coach junior and mid-level consultants, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning within the teamYou identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the strategic roadmap of our implementation methodologyYou collaborate closely with product management and development teams to translate market needs into new software featuresYour skills and interests:You have built an impressive track record in software implementation, IT consulting, or business analysis over several yearsYou possess expert-level knowledge of the automotive finance, leasing,
