You'll combine hands-on transactional expertise with team leadership, mentoring and process improvement, while playing a key role in supporting the successful delivery of business and transformation initiatives.As 2IC to the Transactional Services Manager, your impact will be to:Lead, support and mentor the Transactional Services Team across onshore and offshore operations, including coordinating training and cross-trainingOversee core Accounts Payable processes, including invoice approvals and reviews, supplier payments, rent, month-end processing and reportingManage supplier onboarding and bank account changes in line with policyOwn the Dynamic Virtual Card program, including card issuance, compliance checks, cancellations and reportingOversee technician invoice processing and work with key stakeholders to resolve anomaliesManage the AP email inbox and provide timely, professional support to internal and external stakeholdersOversee ExpenseMe Pro and RapidAP administration, including employee onboarding/offboarding, financial delegations, cost centres, project codes and expense typesSupport Payment Times Reporting and other financial reporting requirements, providing accurate and timely information to key stakeholdersStep into the Transactional Services Manager role when required, providing leadership and continuity across the functionContribute to transformation, process improvement and project initiatives,



identifying opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiencyWhat you bringExperience in a high-volume transactional workplace, ideally across Accounts Payable and ReceivableExperience leading, mentoring or supporting a team, with the confidence to step into a Team Leader roleStrong understanding of transactional finance processes and a high level of accuracyExceptional communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise competing deadlinesA proactive mindset with a demonstrated ability to identify process improvementsA collaborative approach, strong attention to detail and the ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environmentOur culture is genuinely people-first.
