Backed by continued growth and a solid pipeline, the business is entering an exciting next phase.About the PositionDue to growth, a position has been created for a Senior Draftsperson to join the team and strengthen the front end of its sales and drafting process.This role will act as the technical bridge between sales, sales estimating and production drafting to ensure accuracy and efficient workflow.Responsibilities will include:Prepare sitings, floor plans, elevations and sales plansAssess cut and fill, levels, driveway gradients and site constraintsWork with Sales Estimators to provide the information required for accurate tendersReview custom and complex jobs earlier in the sales processEnsure plans consider how the home will practically be builtIdentify missing information or potential construction issues upfrontAssist with new designs,



master plans and production drafting overflowThe successful candidateOur ideal candidate will be a highly experienced residential draftsperson and will be able to demonstrate the following:Minimum 5 years residential drafting experienceSales drafting and siting experienceCustom build expeience highly regardedNSW experience advantageousExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong problem-solving and attention to detailOpportunity and BenefitsFantastic working hours including 1pm finishes on a Friday and 2-3pm finishes avialalbe on other days!
Monday - Friday position - no heavy workload or overtime!
