With a strong focus on growth, customer service and commercial performance, we are seeking an experienced sales leader to oversee a key regional sales function.The RoleReporting to a senior executive, you will lead a sizeable, geographically dispersed sales team across NSW.This is a commercially focused leadership role responsible for sales performance, revenue growth, margins, customer outcomes and the ongoing development of the team.Key responsibilities include:Lead, coach and develop a geographically dispersed sales teamDevelop and execute regional sales plansDrive revenue growth and margin performanceIdentify and convert new business opportunitiesManage budgets, forecasts, pipelines and performance reportingOversee key customer relationships and commercial opportunitiesSupport tenders and customer presentationsMonitor market trends,



customer needs and competitor activityWork closely with operational teams to support customer deliveryEstablish clear expectations, processes and performance standardsAbout YouYou will ideally bring:At least five years' sales management experienceExperience leading a sizeable, geographically dispersed sales teamA demonstrated record of achieving revenue and growth targetsStrong commercial, budgeting and forecasting capabilityExperience managing senior customer relationshipsStrong coaching, mentoring and performance-management skillsExcellent communication, negotiation and presentation skillsThe ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentRelevant tertiary qualifications will be viewed favourablyWhat's on OfferThis is an opportunity to take ownership of a significant regional sales function within an established Australian organisation.
