What You'll Be Doing
Serving customers over the counter and on the phone, turning enquiries into sales
Sharing your in-depth product knowledge to help customers find the right tool for the job
Handling high-value and complex sales enquiries with confidence




Keeping customers in the loop on promotions and deals
Handling queries and complaints with a solutions-first attitude
Keeping the store looking sharp with great merchandising and displays
Continuously building your product knowledge through ongoing training
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service — or hands-on experience in construction/trade (tradies looking for a break from the tools, this means you!)
A track record of consistently exceeding sales targets in a senior or specialist sales role
A genuine interest in tools, power tools, and trade-related products
Comfort working with tools and power tools
An energetic, motivated, team-first attitude
Familiar with basic computer operations
Availability to work weekends
