This is a great opportunity to take ownership of our gaming operations, drive compliance and performance, and be part of a venue that genuinely invests in its people.About the RoleThe Gaming Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the gaming room to ensure the highest standard of guest experience, compliance and teamwork.Key responsibilities includeManage daily operations across bar, gaming, and TAB sections, ensuring all areas are running smoothly.Supervise and support staff, providing guidance to uphold exceptional customer service standards.Enforce adherence to company policies and procedures,



including cash control and compliance.Demonstrate strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.Flexibility to work across varying shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.Rotating rosters offer an opportunity to develop expertise in all aspects of hotel management.Preferred food & beverage experience in a supervisor role.The successful applicant willBe a motivational leader who encourages and develops the team to ensure an exceptional customer experience each time.Minimum of 1-2 years of management experience in a similar role with a strong knowledge of managing day-to-day operations of a venue with solid and complex trade.Hands on approach in your leadership and management.A friendly, outgoing personality with excellent people skills.A passion for the hospitality industry with the desire to progress within the company.Essential requirements for this position areCurrent RSA, RCG & ARCG Competency Cards.Completion of a National Police Check as part of our Employee Due Diligence process.
