They are looking for a Building Estimator to join their team.The role is ideal for someone who's looking to step into estimating from a Carpentry background.The RoleInspect residential and commercial properties to assess building damagePrepare detailed scopes of work and accurate cost estimatesCompile causation and repair reports for insurersCoordinate trades and oversee repairs through to completionMaintain solid communication with clients, insurers, consultants, and subcontractorsWhat We're Looking ForTrade qualified, ideally carpentry or construction experienceHands-on understanding of residential and commercial building methodsStrong estimating and quoting skills (or keen to develop them)Confident communicator with excellent customer service skillsWell organised with the ability to manage multiple projectsSalary $90K - $115K + Super + Car (depending on experience)
