We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Senior Bookkeeper / Finance Officer to take ownership of the day-to-day finance function for a growing group of businesses with combined annual turnover of approximately $10 million.
Operations include a workshop, heavy towing, interstate transport and specialised off-road recovery.
Reporting directly to the business owners, this is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys managing the complete accounting function and takes pride in maintaining accurate financial records, meeting compliance obligations, and ensuring smooth financial operations.
This position offers variety, autonomy, and the chance to become a valued member of a successful and expanding business.Key responsibilitiesEnd-to-end management of Accounts PayableProcessing supplier invoices and preparing payment runsBank and balance sheet reconciliationsManaging cash-basis and accrual accounting recordsMaintaining the Fixed Asset RegisterDepreciation calculations and schedulesInter-company accounting and reconciliationsManaging finance agreements,
