BlueFit is seeking a Senior Customer Service Officer at Oran Park to be the face of the facility, set the tone, and coach junior reception staff.
You will guide families through swim-school journeys and ensure every visitor leaves having had a excellent experience.
You will manage enrolments, assist with level changes and fee processing, while keeping front-desk administration and communications tools running smoothly.
This is a full-time, on-site role with a 5-day roster including one weekend day.
