Our client is a premium Club offering a diverse hospitality operation across front of house, bar, member services, functions and events.
With a robust focus on delivering exceptional member and guest experiences, the Club is looking for an experienced Venue Manager to take ownership of its day-to-day hospitality operations and contribute to its continued growth and reputation.
This is an opportunity for a hands‐on hospitality leader who enjoys working in a premium environment, developing people and balancing outstanding service with strong commercial discipline.
The Role
As Venue Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the Club's hospitality operation, ensuring members, guests, function clients and visitors receive consistently high levels of service.
You will lead from the front, developing a professional and accountable team culture while contributing to revenue growth, cost control and overall operational performance.
You will be responsible for:
Leading day-to-day operations across front of house, bar, member services, functions and events
Delivering exceptional service standards while managing presentation, feedback and operational issues
Leading, coaching and developing the team to create a positive, professional and accountable culture
Supporting the planning and delivery of functions, events, activations and member experiences




Contributing to revenue, cost control, profitability and operational improvements across the Club
The Candidate
We are looking for a confident and approachable hospitality leader with a strong service mindset and the ability to lead by example in a busy, premium environment.
To be successful, you will have:
Proven experience in venue, hospitality, club, hotel, restaurant, events or similar operational management
Strong leadership capability with a proven ability to coach, motivate and develop teams
A genuine passion for customer service, member engagement and creating memorable experiences
Strong commercial awareness with confidence contributing to revenue, cost and performance outcomes
Excellent organisation, communication and problem‐solving skills with high standards of professionalism and accountability
