We're looking for a confident and hands‐onFood & Beverage Supervisorto join our team and lead the day‐to‐day operations of our flagshipAtelier restaurant.
Working closely with the F&B; Manager, you'll lead from the front, coach and develop our Ambassadors, and ensure every guest experiences exceptional service and the timeless elegance of French hospitality.
About the Role
As Food & Beverage Supervisor, you'll be responsible for driving smooth daily operations while creating a positive, high‐performing team environment.
You'll play a key role in ensuring service standards are consistently delivered and that every guest receives a memorable experience from the moment they arrive.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Floor Operations:Oversee daily restaurant service, ensuring smooth execution, exceptional standards and prompt guest satisfaction.
Lead & Develop the Team:Train, coach and mentor our Ambassadors, helping them build their skills and reach their full potential.




Drive Quality & Innovation:Work closely with kitchen leadership on daily menus, specials and new ideas to continually enhance our F&B; offering.
Deliver Luxury Service:Lead by example and embody our signature French hospitality and commitment to exceptional guest experiences.
Maintain Operational Standards:Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, inventory control, cash handling and brand standards.
Support the F&B; Manager:Assist with the successful day‐to‐day operation of the restaurant and contribute to a strong team culture.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking an experienced hospitality qualified who is ready to step into a supervisory or future leadership position.
You'll ideally have:
Previous experience in food & beverage, restaurant or hotel operations.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
A genuine passion for guest service and hospitality.
Confidence leading a team in a fast‐paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and a hands‐on approach.
A positive attitude and desire to develop your leadership career.
A passion for delivering refined, high‐quality hospitality.
