Strath Hill Butcher is looking for an Apprentice Butcher to join our team.
We're afamily owned, award winning butcher shopwhere quality, craftsmanship and community are at the heart of what we do.
About the role
You'll learn the trade from experienced butchers in a hands on environment, working withtraditional butchering methodsand learning how to break downbeef, lamb and porkfrom carcass.
You'll be part of a team that takes pride in producing quality products and providing excellent service to our customers.

Someone who is keen to learn and build a career in the butchering industry
A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team
Someone who takes pride in their work
Good customer service skills
Must be available to work Saturdays until 12:30pm
