About the Role
We are currently seeking enthusiastic Casual Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team.
This is a unique prospect to become a Food & Beverage All-Rounder, working across Horizon Restaurant, Relish Café and our Banquets & Events team.
From breakfast service and à la carte dining to conferences, weddings and special events, no two shifts are the same.

Weekend availability is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Provide warm, professional and personalised customer service to every guest
Set up, service and pack down restaurant, conference and event spaces
Carry and serve food and beverages safely and efficiently
Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and organisation
Work collaboratively with colleagues across multiple outlets to deliver seamless guest experiences
Follow all food safety, hygiene and responsible service of alcohol requirements
Contribute to creating memorable dining and event experiences for every guest
About You




Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Attendant
Confident three-plate carry experience (essential)
Flexible availability across 7 days, including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, reliable and team-focused attitude
The ability to remain organised and perform well in a fast-paced environment
Immaculate personal presentation
