Due to continued growth, Coastal Transport Services is currently recruiting for multiple full-time positions across a range of work scopes and vehicle types:
1 x NLR Delivery Driver (C-Class licence minimum, HR desired or willing to upgrade)

What you'll be doing
Safely operate company vehicles to complete deliveries and collections in accordance with road laws and company procedures
Deliver goods safely, efficiently and within required timeframes
Provide professional and courteous customer service
Complete delivery documentation and maintain accurate records
Assist with loading and unloading where required
Conduct daily vehicle inspections and promptly report defects or maintenance requirements




Communicate effectively with customers and the Operations team regarding schedules, delays and delivery requirements
Follow allocated routes and schedules to maintain efficient service
Adhere to company policies, procedures and WHS requirements
Maintain a clean, tidy and presentable vehicle
Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of our transport operations
What we're looking for
Current and valid Driver's Licence appropriate to the position
Previous experience in transport, logistics or delivery driving
Experience delivering building and construction materials – highly regarded
Demonstrated experience securing and restraining loads, with a strong understanding of load restraint requirements and safe transport practices – essential
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to provide a current Service NSW driving record
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physically fit and able to undertake manual handling tasks
Ability to pass a Fitness to Drive medical and mandatory drug and alcohol testing
Forklift ticket highly regarded- can be utilised for yard/warehouse coverage
Current White Card
