Role Overview:
Are you ready to be the engine that keeps a high-performing retail sales department running smoothly?
Reporting directly to our Financial Controller, this pivotal role is your chance to be at the heart of customer service and operational coordination in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
You'll be a key part of the delivery team that juggles multiple roles in one, booking customer deliveries, registrations for deliveries, liaising with the pre-delivery team to make sure that the vehicles are ready, deal finalising and vehicle handover, - all while keeping communication flowing across internal departments.




This is a rapid paced busy role that will keep you on your toes!
What You'll Bring to the Team:
QT accreditation is preferable however training can be provided.
Strong communication skills paired with solid computer literacy.
Previous admin experience, ideally involving vehicle deliveries or dealership operations.
Experience with vehicle acquisitions and cancellations.
Understanding or exposure to automotive sales paperwork.
A proactive, can-do attitude along with an eagerness to learn and develop
