Southport Sharks is seeking experienced Lead Bartenders to join our venues on the Gold Coast, including Kaktus Mexican restaurant and Lounge Bar.
This is a hands-on role demanding smooth service, quality cocktails and energetic teamwork.
You'll bring robust bar experience, confidence with cocktail prep, excellent customer service and communication, plus the ability to lead during busy shifts.
Weekend and evening availability is essential.
