Job Description
Lives Lived Well is seeking a ConnectWell Peer Worker to deliver digital recovery support drawing on lived experience.
The role focuses on engagement, check-ins and practical assistance for individuals in recovery from alcohol and other drugs within a adaptable delivery model.
You will work with a multidisciplinary team to promote continuity of care, access to services and recovery goals while maintaining records and contributing to program improvements.
