Managing relationships across a portfolio of15+ clients
Acting as the key point of contact between clients and internal digital delivery teams
Running client meetings, providing updates and talking through campaign performance
Working closely with specialists acrossGoogle Ads, Meta Ads and SEO
Confidently understanding and communicating digital marketing strategies to clients




Identifying opportunities to improve campaign performance and overall client resultsManaging expectations, timelines and deliverables across multiple digital accounts
Building strong, long-term relationships that support client retention and account growth
No business development or cold calling – this role is focused onaccount management, client relationships, retention and delivery
